Interview with CW Trisef for The Oracle Series

Come and join me as I talk with author CW Trisef about his YA novel Sunken Earth-Book 1 in The Oracle Series on Stories From Unknown Authors http://blogtalkradio.com/storiesfromunknownauthors at 1pm EST today.

Book 1 back cover synopsis -

Fall, current day, Atlantic Ocean. Another hurricane tears through the Bahamas, headed for Florida. Among the wreckage: a U.S. Coast Guard rescue boat, one survivor (Ret Cooper), and a spherical object of curious design (the Oracle).

Ret Cooper is a simple young man with mysterious origins, unique physical features, and no memory of his past. His new family and friends discover he is truly extraordinary, with supernatural powers and strange scars on the palms of his hands. But what is his destiny?

The Oracle is the key to Earth's unity and full potential, too perfect to be man-made. Legend claims it can unleash limitless power when filled with Mother Nature's six, pure, original elements. But where are these elements? And which of our planet’s ancient secrets will be explained in the process of locating them?

The first book from new author C.W. Trisef will have you cheering for Ret as he travels a submerged road, discovers a lost city, climbs an electrifying mountain, and begins to unravel the mystery of the Oracle...all during his first year of high school.

Review:

C.W. Trisef takes the reader on an interesting journey in Sunken Earth. Not remembering his past, yet finding a strange connection to the Earth and its energies, Ret finds himself right in the middle of unique allies and complex villains. His hand, being branded with the sign of a triangle, gives him powers that no one understands, especially when he is near a beautiful blue orb with other elemental signs on it. As the adventure takes the reader into a mountain and an underwater city, Ret discovers his true purpose and wonders if his path is truly the right path.

The author does a great job creating adventure in this fast paced novel. Each scene is filled with something that reveals who Ret really is and more about the Oracle and its purpose. Teens and adults alike will enjoy the historical information revealed, creating great interest about the elements. The more one looks into it the more one sees the connections the author makes. This is book 1 of the series. Those interested in history and fantasy, are going to enjoy this series and the way the author weaves a tale of imaginable heights as the elements of our world are revealed.

  3. This is a great book. It's not scary at all. It's more of a mysterious adventure.
